I went in to Bad Ass coffee today and spoke with the owner. She thought it'd be a great idea to leave the store open on write-in nights. Our first gathering there will be on Thursday Nov 1 at 7pm. Following that, we'll meet on Wednesdays at 7. We'll also have afinal get together there on Nov 30th if need be.

Well, I didn't quite make it. I was at a counter recruitment event at Hartnell College and it went a little longer that I anticipated (and was crowded to a point that I'm sure would have made the fire marshal cringe!)
I did get a chance to drive past Bad Ass around 9:20, though, just to see how late it might be open and now I know where it is! I had no idea that little shopping center was called Laguna Plaza. Look at that! I learned something new today.
