Do you or anyone else know of public transportation from Boulder to Longmont? That would be the only way I could ever make it out to there.

The BOLT travels between Longmont and Boulder about every half hour during the week. The closest it gets to Deja Brew is Twin Peaks Mall (Hover and 119), which is a good 25 minute hike and 12 minute bike ride from the cafe. A more direct route is if you get off at Airport Road and 119 and bike 1 1/2 miles up to Nelson road. There is a bike lane or sidewalk all the way.) I take the BOLT once a week from and sometimes to Boulder. Where in Boulder are you? You can get a transfer from any other bus route to the BOLT if it doesn't get near enough to you to hop right on. Alternatively, if you have a bike, you can ride it to the BOLT and put it on the bus (of course, I don't recommend doing that after dark).
Perhaps there is someone else driving from Boulder who can carpool with you?
Yes it is kind of a pain. Would that we had better mass transit or bike path between our two cities. I guess that's coming in 5 or 10 years!
(There is the J bus, but it has a very limited schedule. But it takes you much closer to Deja Brew -- there is a bus stop right across Airport Road from Deja Brew (Airport and Nelson Road). But it only runs to Boulder in the morning and back to longmont after 3:00 in the morning, so it isn't much use in this case.)

Tomorrow I am supposed to be at Deja Brew from 9:00 to 11:00, but I ran into a little snag. Today I left my wallet on an RTD bus headed for Boulder, so I have to go to Boulder station tomorrow and get it (I hope) between 8:00 and 9:00. Sooooo, at the earliest I will be at Deja Brew at 9:30. More likely it will be 10:00. There is a possibility I won't make it at all. In that case I'll try to post here and let you know. Sorry WriMos!

I'm here!!! I was running a bit late this morning, but I am here now and wifi is working again. Turns out, it's a bad idea to switch your firewall settings to the default! Bad writer! Don't do that! System Admin (read "husband") really gets frustrated. Actually, he was a saint. He says I can do it again, no sweat, because now he knows how to get it all back together. I could probably rent him out and make some money!!!!
