Wish me luck- in a few hours I'm going out to persuade the english teachers to talk to their classes about joining NaNo- and if we're extremely lucky, a few of said teachers might join!

And no... running on several short hours of sleep before a Monday is never a good idea. -shakes head-

Music-chan!

What a great piece of news! Keep the faith! You'll do fine. Let them know that if they attend the kickoff party they'll get a goodie bag. We welcome anyone to the write sessions, too. Don't forget to give them the schedule or URL. Have some major fun with this, author!

I went to Gig Harbor High. I don't know who the English teachers are there anymore. However, had NaNoWriMo been around when I was there, I can think of one teacher that probably would have encouraged us to do it.

Good luck with the teachers. Hope you can handle two novels plus all of the rest of homework and normal life. :)

^_^ Thanks guys!

Today I went in and put up a big 'ol poster on one of our school's bulletin boards, then managed to coerce the book keeper lady to put my announcement on the.. well.. announcements, and pass around the packet to all the English teachers. Whilst talking to mine, however, I found out she doesn't like to talk to anyone unless it's during study hall. i_i strange..

The packet requested that the teachers mention NaNo to their students, however, my big bro (who had English today) said that he hadn't heard about it from her. Though he did hear the announcement (which was awesome- I myself didn't hear it- our class was being noisy with their labs).

Anyways, I hope that that one teacher isn't setting the standard for all the others, or come Wednesday, I'll have a mighty sparse group to work with.

Need to make flyers... -,_-, that should help.

blargh. I'm tired. Nightmare before Christmas put my brain in a blender and pushed frappe. o_o;;

Nice mental image. Brain smoothie. (Don't drink this! XD)

Anyways, the point is, we're chillin like villains on the YWP forums. :D
