Sorted in order of how likely it is that I'm online right now.
Homestar Runner Fanstuff Wiki - Even if I'm just deleting stuff, I'm usually around.
deviantART - I'm not much of an artist, but I like the people.
Homestar Runner Wiki Forum - I don't like some of the people there, but I do like talking about Homestar Runner.
Homestar Runner Wiki - I used to spend more time there, but then the subtitles project ended.
LiveJournal - I update it occasionally, but don't read it as much as I used to now that the Godawful Fanfiction forums are back.
Stardrifter's Codename: Kids Next Door forum - This forum isn't as cool as it used to be, but I check in every couple of days to make sure the other mods haven't made any more questionable descisions.
Fanfiction.net - I upload my fanfiction that I'm happy with there, but the rest I dump on the Homestar Runner fanstuff wiki.
MySpace - I only use this if I get an email notification about it.
I also hang out on the Godawful Fanfiction forums, but I'm more of a lurker there. If I post more than a couple of times they'll probably rip me apart.
So I'm on a lot of online places. Stalk me if you're so inclined.

http://www.reddit.com - a dynamic and constantly changing list of the best bits on the web.
http://www.newgrounds.com - THE flash site. Far as I'm concerned there is no other.
http://www.somethingawful.com - legendary (and rather elitist) humour forum and site, currently lurking, one day a goon. *sigh*
http://www.livejournal.com - under fray_joker
http://www.giantitp.com - Order of the Stick, fantastically funny webcomic. Almost at 500!
http://www.cubed3.com - Nintendo goss.

I never could get into Order of the Stick, but you've just reminded me to catch up on Erfworld. Erfworld is awesome.

Order of the Stick! I love Order of the Stick; it and xkcd are my favourite webcomics. I found the battle of Azure City plotline a little uninteresting, but I am liking the Roy in the afterlife thing that's happening now.

I guess I should jump on the bandwagon here.
My blog is at http://frankenberger.livejournal.com but I friends-locked it a while back when I was in the midst of a Navy application (comment to be added. I need friends. I am friendless).
And I'm on Facebook under my *gasp* Real Name! Which is Anika Strickland. Feel free to friend away, peoples.

I'm not much of a community person. I prefer the art of lurking in forums (or in the case of certain forums, completely failing to lurk on every level. ;))
www.roosterteeth.com - The webpage of the famous internet series red versus blue. If you've never heard of it, these guys in texas decided to make a series of cartoons with the game halo and made an extremely funny series. It ended at season five a couple of months ago, but they have some more projects on the way. Check it out. The site also doubles as a community site too, but thats about the extent of my blogging.
www.theprodukkt.com - Also, these mad bastards deserve a mention. These guys basically make music videos, although that is completely understating their skill. Put simply, "put as much crap into as small a space as possible" the result of this? Debris, the most recent effort weighs in at 74kb. <---Kilobytes. There's more info on their website. Everything else I say is going to be pure hyperbole.
www.asd.gr - On the other end of the same thing, are these guys from greece that do the same thing but aim for about 15MB. Which when you consider what they do is still madness. You'll need near bleeding edge computers for these things too, although you can find them on youtube.
www.pouet.net - Which points me to here, this is one of many sites that archives the many, many efforts of the self-called "demoscene" over the years. The scene has it's origins in the c64/spectrum/amiga days.
www.youdontknowjack.com <- Flash quiz game with a great sense of humour. The net version of an old series of classic games.
Also. Webcomics is something I read alot of too.
www.penny-arcade.com <- Pure geekery
www.schlockmercenary.com <- As the name suggets. Schlock, Sci-fi and boatloads of funny.
www.sluggy.com <- The classic webcomic. Freaking nifty. Freaking epic. Freaking Confusing.
www.poisonedminds.com <- Gleefully mean sci-fi. With animal characters. Can be suggestive.
www.elgoonishshive.com <- Zany webcomic. With Gender-swapping and evil creatures.
www.dominic-deegan.com <- Great webcomic about a grumpy seer. Great storyline.
www.gpf-comics.com <- Great comic, kinda got away from the author though.
www.questionablecontent.net <- Awesome. Just IS.
www.davidcsimon.com/crimsondark <- Awesome Sci-fi. Done with CG. Lots of Firefly here.
www.funnyfarmcomics.com <- This is a long and twisty epic. Animal characters also, but family friendly.
www.websnark.com <- Not a webcomic, rather the blog of a guy who criticises webcomics among other things. He's also a great writer. He also does NaNoWriMo.
Now that's just a small amount of the webcomics I read. I can never remember all of them either. Websnark will point you to far more than I can ever link.

Gah! How could you find that battle uninteresting? I cried. You know, in that bit where he sent the ball around the room and...
It was just me, wasn't it?
And xkcd is fantastic. I now get more jokes about Linux. :-)

The problem with sluggy was it got too bogged down after about year 3 (or was it 4?). The characters never really went anywhere and they got a bit tired.
I like www.megatokyo.com. mmm... Japanese schoolgirl outfits ;-)

I dunno, I think Aylee and all the background characters are at their strongest point at the moment. Though sluggy does have it's absolutely brilliant moments and some "hmm" moments.
Megatokyo, now there's a comic I really never managed to get into. I should try harder one day.
You've reminded me of a couple more now.
www.reallifecomics.com <- Greg Dean is a filthy liar... but that's what makes his comic so good.
www.applegeeks.com <- Awesome artwork, Cool story. Funny Mac Jokes.

I like some of the individual comics in that storyline, like the one you mentioned, but I'm just not that interested in the overall plot. I don't know why,
Xykon is not a very nice person, is he?

Where's the fun of the forum if you can't derail the topic from sensible to silly. Though you did mention that you wanted people to link where they hang out and strangely enough, that's exactly what happened. Hehehe.

Thirding the XKCD love and chucking in love for Penny Arcade, Flipside, Pinch of the Glass (my current favourite), Saturday Morning Breakfast Serial, Dresden Codak, Looking for Group and Erfworld (whew!). Webcomics are fun!
As for MSN, you can find me under mipmop25@hotmail.com. Don't actually email me there I don't check it at all.

Ha. Flipside. YES. I recognised it when I read that post earlier but I totally forgot why. Go me. I never did get into Looking For Group, but I do like the other comic those guys do, Least I Could Do. Two completely different comic styles though.
