I'm so nervous!! 1 hour 14 minutes to go.
I'm staying up, but only to finish my Family Law Assignment by the midnight deadline. I may start typing then, or I may go home and sleeeeepp. :-) That sounds nice.
But then, a word count in the first few hours feels good :-)

I'd rather have a good night's sleep, so I'll be starting writing tomorrow. I'm going to try and start on a good note and get my words down before lunch time.
For now, I'm finishing off some character outlines and finalising a few ideas before it all goes in in totally unexpected directions when I really start writing. Looks like a need to buy new notebook. Well, no better time for that than the first day of NaNoWriMo!

I think I mentioned at the meetup that I had a dream where I was trying to start my novel a week or so ago. I had another one last night, where my novel was completely off track from what I wanted it to be. At one point, Strong Bad from Homestar Runner was my main character... I didn't think I wrote him that much.

I've started... A little later than usual. I had a spanish Oral this morning and a maths test in the afternoon and then a couple of drinks afterwards to celebrate but yeah... Rather stoked cause first year of Uni, over!
