Hey. I am a third year student at VCU. I was just wondering who else here is going to VCU and attempting NaNoWriMo this year? I've attempted before but never very successfully. Hopefully this year will be better. Maybe we VCU students can meet up around campus.

Oh, P.S. My name is Rachel, and I am a dual major in Psychology and English (with a concentration in writing, of course).

I transferred to VCU last semester actually. This is my third year in college, but my second semester at VCU and I just switched majors from mass communications to a major in psychology with a minor in religious studies. Woo! I think woo anyway. We'll see.
I think VCU students meeting up around campus would be an awesome idea!
Rachel, I'm going to friend you.

Hey Rachel,
I'm a freshman and this is my first year doing NaNoWriMo...I'm kind of nervous. And trying to juggle writing this with writing a research paper. But thankfully writing seems to pour from me (which is part of the reason I decided to become an English major). Although, truth be told, I've never actually tried to write something this large before...we'll see how it goes.
I'm an English and French major with a pre-dental concentration.

I'm at VCU, in Communication Arts but sort of wanting to switch to forensics. Actually, I'm typing this from the dining hall |D

My name is Hayley, and I'm a senior at VCU (English major). I attempted NaNo last year, but I had a million and one papers due that November, and I fell woefully behind with the novel, so I didn't finish it that year. This year, though, I'm really, really trying!
I'm around campus a ton - we could have some mini-VCU-write-ins. :)

I'm a senior this year and a social work major. It'd be really cool to have write ins. I usually write in the library when I have time, or during breaks in my class. I'm not sure if you guys want to set up times. I have an internship, research paper, and classes to juggle this semester :( but I'm usually free during the day on Thursdays and Friday.
And yall can friend me if you want :)

Hey! I'm a first year student at VCU. I was wondering if anyone else here would be doing NaNo. Awesome.
I'm a forensic science major with a pre-Med concentration.
It'd be really cool to have a mini-VCU student write in, or at least a meet-up. I'm all for it.
Good luck with NaNo!

Hey! It's good to know there are other VCU Nano-ers here too.
I'm Britni, a first year VCU student. I'm major in Mass Communications and minoring in writing. We should set up a writing-a-thon or something this month :)

Hi, I'm Leila. I'm an undeclared freshman at VCU. It's going to be interesting juggling this plus papers, tests, etc. and work, but I think I can do it. I'm interested in meeting on campus. = )
