Anyone up for meeting at Barnes & Noble in Vestal this weekend? Would be fun to know what everyone is writing. I was thinking either Saturday at 3 or 4 or Sunday at 4.

I live out of town but am from Binghamton and will actually be in the area this weekend. I'd love to get together with other writers if you'll have me. Saturday is the only day I could make it though, Sunday I'm going to a baby shower and will have to drive the 4-5 hours home right afterward.

Anyone else interested?

I'm out of town this weekend. I know, what bad timing! But if you meet another weekend, I'd love to come. Maybe the weekend of Nov. 10th and 11th, we could meet at B&N also? Anytime that weekend is good for me.
Thanks,
Priscilla

My schedule is sort of messy, but I wouldn't mind meeting up at some point. Don't think I can do this Sunday, though.

Well, this weekend is not looking good for many of us (sorry, Library Liz!). How about we shoot for next Saturday (the 10th)? B&N, around 2PM. Sound good?

Hi
I'm kate from Kirkwood (just south of Binghamton). I would love to meet other people involved in this project.
Weekends are great.
Look forward to meeting fellow NaNoWriMers!

OK so I'm still shooting for 2PM Saturday at B&N. So far I think it's me, Priscilla and Kate. Anyone else?

I'll aim to get there right on time. If I don't, I suggest the first person to get there put a piece of paper with NaNoWriMo up at their table. This way we don't have to go around accosting strangers who have no idea what NaNo is. :)

I'll do my best, but I'll be driving back up from Pennsylvania, so I might run a little late ...

I should be there by 2, or a few minutes after. See you all then.

I want to come, but I'll probably be out of town.

Plus, I'm behind on my word count anyways... Why waste time riding in a car and getting ready when I could be catching up? That being said, why am I even on the forums? I had better start writing.

It was great meeting you, Priscilla and Kate, and congrats on the wordcount so far. I enjoyed the last pep talk we received--very appropriate for this stage of NaNo. Write on, friends!

Congrats to Priscilla for winning, and to everyone else for their mounting wordcounts! I'm behind where I wanted to be--a stupid head cold slowed me down--but I'm hoping for some good productivity this week now that the kiddos are back in school.

Is anyone interested in getting together to celebrate and share war stories post NaNo? My weekend is relatively open right now.

Can't do this weekend -- multiple Christmas gatherings. (Didn't we just have a holiday?) Plus, whether I finish or not, I want to maintain momentum until the first draft is fully done. I won't even be able to say TGIO yet. :-)

Good luck with the last-minute rallies, everyone! You can do it!

Thanks Elena,
Wish I could get together this weekend, but I'm heading out on vacation today. Hurray!
Good luck finishing and Congratulations to us all.
