I'm assuming that question was to me, since I didn't see any other lulu references. :) However, I don't know if I'm the right person to ask. I didn't "publish" it for the general public. Since Lulu was offering one free copy, I jumped on the chance! The process was pretty simple and painless, and I'm pleased with it. I tried to tell my friends not to buy one and download it for free, but I have nice friends. However, since I offered it for free, I don't get any money from it.
