That is close enough in proximity to me, that i'd be glad to join you. However on sundays i unfortuanately dont even get off of work, until 10:00Pm on Sundays. If you plan on staying late i will be glad to join you. Otherwise Thursdays are the best days for me. 1(734)765-2125.

Elatedcont, you could start a write-in on Thursday nights. Some of us might come to both, or it would be an alternative for those who can't make it on Sunday in any given week.

There's a Panera on Warren; they have free wi-fi. That might be a good venue for Thursdays.

I'm actually looking forward to a write-in with no wi-fi (at Malarkey's) because the Internet is my crack. ;)

I'd rather Malarkeys, on Thursdays's, i dont have a laptop,just desktop, but yes im another internet addict also. So im scribbling this one first longhand. Whereever i pick i will probabaly hang out all day. Theres always the librarys too. So, 3PM until 7 at Westland Library, and malakeys for 7pm onward, On Thursdays! Hope to see you all there!

well, I have to say that was one ofthe best write ins I have been to. Of course it helps that the 32 Oz beers were only $5.25 and getting there a couple hours early to play (relatively) mindless fantasy card games (such as Munchkin Cthulu). Awesome.

Agreed that it was a fabulous write-in (although I, sadly, missed the game portion... maybe another time!)

Ah, looks like the library closes at 5:00 on Thursdays, so I guess I won't make it this week.

Ha! I almost said that, then I deleted it because I didn't want to be obligated to wear bells for fear of being called out for making such a brash statement. Then I wondered if I would be allowed in the by rules of bell wearing to wear anything besides bells. Then I started to wonder if I could somehow devise a costume entirely of bells so I could meet the confines of these horribly constricting rules and still attend in a decent fashion.

It all fell apart when I thought about the constant jingling, how I would sit without discomfort. and where I would find pants shaped bells.

and yes, a good portion of that actually went through my mind prior to my post this morning.

Tee hee! I don't think it's implicit that the bell-wearer be there with only bells on, although I am intrigued by such a notion and all of the related conundrums that you've so graciously outlined.

Speaking (as you were) of pants, I wonder if bell bottoms do count? Fortunately, I don't have any, so I won't be able to test their validity.

Nonetheless, I'm now wishing that all of us will show up with some type of bells, er, on.

darn. I was trying to plead a fear of bells, but it apparently does not exist on the web. The closest I could find was Ligyrophobia, fear of loud noises, which was right next to:Leukophobia- Fear of the color white, and Levophobia- Fear of things to the left side of the body. Well, it was just Amy and I tonight, but we got our word count up some and for some reason there wasn't any karaoke this week! And Amy, the brake light on the tire carrier of your Jeep is burned out. Just thought you might like to know!

Interesting piece of trivia: I finally discovered who it is that has the Jeep with all of the NaNoWriMo stickers on it that I I've been seeing on my way in to work for the last couple of years! It's Amy's! So if you see a Wrangler with all those stickers on it, make sure you honk and wave to her! :)
