If you live in or near the Sierra Vista (Hereford, Ft. Huachuca, Whetstone, Bisbee, etc.) area, and would like to meet local NaNoWriMo writers, come to one of our write-ins!
I (Nim) will be at the Sierra Vista library every Tuesday this month. They've got lots of tables and electricity, and if we're lucky, even some closed rooms for meetings. Bring your writing implements, and join me. We can have writing competitions and generally try to mash out our novels while other library-goers look at us funny. If I know you are coming, I will arrange to be there during the same time-frame. (PM me!)
Also, we'll be having a more formal write-in at around noon this Sunday in Sierra Vista. By "formal", I mean bring writing snacks and (non-alcoholic) drinks if you like. But for sure bring your laptop or other writing tool. We'll have plenty of places to plug in. PM me if you're interested, and I'll give you the location details.
I'm also open to other ideas, so if you know of a laptop-friendly place and a good time to meet, PM me and let's talk!
Hope to see some of you this month!
Happy Writing!

Ya know, Nim, I was thinking that Cochise Community College might let us plug in at their library. It's basically the same as the Sierra Vista library... eh. Ah, well.
McDonald's has Wi-Fi, lol. Mmm, McDonald's.
