I live in a town next to Newton, but I spend a lot of time in Newton. *Sigh* I wish there were more write-ins nearby so I could go since I really am I victim to my schedule during WriMo season.
I don't live in Newton, but I used to work there and there was a great coffee shop where I used to go write all the time. Lincoln Street Coffee, right by the Newton Highlands T stop? Great place!
Actually, I'd be willing to go there for a write in some Saturday or Sunday. It's a great little place.
I live in Watertown right on the Newton Border. I'd love to try to get some write-ins going around here. I missed the one at the watertown library this weekend, but I bet it was a great venue. I also really like the Lincoln St. Cafe...!
I would love to do a write-in at Lincoln Street. I think I have the owner's e-mail address somewhere. Should we contact him and see what he thinks? Maybe he'd like to hang up a flyer or something to promote it. He's really nice, and I think this would appeal to him.
I'd prefer to do a Saturday or Sunday, since I think Lincoln Street closes at 7pm on week nights. What does everyone think about dates? We've got 3 weekends of NaNo left - the only date I can't do is the 17th.
If this event will only be three or four people, you might do better just setting a time and showing up. If it's more than four, then you definitely want to ask the manager/business owner/lord high mucky-muck if it's OK to drop in. E-mail me (boston_ma -AT- nanowrimo.org if you would like to download a PDF of a great flyer to print and take with you. If you can flyer at that location, that will be wonderful!
My only other request is that you pick the Saturday date over the Sunday date. Anna and I have spent a lot of time organizing the official write-ins occurring on Thursdays and Sundays, so we like to get as much participation as possible, as well as the more practical matter of not being able to abandon our official events if we drop in on you guys to write with you.
I live in Newton!
I would love to attend some write-ins closer to home, because even though getting into Boston is no problem for me (I live ten minutes away walking distance from the bus stop) I am a slave to my very busy schedule.
Ive never been to the Lincoln Street Cafe, but I'm sure it's wonderful. =]
I'm another Newtonian - Newtonville to be exact, but right near West Newton. Not sure I could manage a write in but would love to know if one is happening.

I like the Lincoln St cafe, too. We should definitely organize a write in.
