The signature problem is a known issue. They discussed it in the tech forum.
----------It's part of the problem they have with site caching.
If you refresh the page, the signature will sometimes reappear. Sometimes not so much...

Yeah, well i tried it at home, and it did sometimes... it sucks... argh...
