Are there any besides me that want to meet up somewhere in the Northside up to Glen Allen? I can probably make it to other write ins if I really try, but I am a teenager and not confident in my cross-Richmond driving. Is there anyone else willing to meet up in the Northside/Glen Allen? :D

I am actually near Asland/Hanover county and also a teenager. Maybe we could figure something out writing together since I also have trouble getting to the write ins so maybe we could do something. It would be really ironic if you went to the same school as me. :D

I used to go to school in Ashland, but now I go to VCU. I would be willing to meet up in Ashland, maybe. It would depend on where exactly.

I would love to try to meet up too. Anyone know the Stony Point Fashion Mall? Thats really close to my office. Its hard for me to try to log in here and see when people are meeting up. I work almost 60 hours a week so finding time to just write is hard enough. But if you all meet up this way I would love to try.
The short Pump mall is a nice place too.

I live in Montpelier so I go to PH so Ashland would be great. I mainly just have trouble with rides and stuff since I'm 14 and can't drive. VCC isn't that bad of a drive, I could definetly talk my mom into taking me there to like the Barnes and Noble across the street. I think it would be awesome to do one out this way since other writeins are so far.

Hello there. I'm pretty new around here, so yeah, I'm the newb. I'm still trying to figure out how to do the count thing to show how many words I have out of 50,000 so far. lol
Anyway, I live in Richmond in Eastern Henrico County and know where Glen Allen is, since I used to live in Western Henrico County as a kid, although, Glen Allen is a bit far...but, places like Virginia Center Commons really isn't. I'm about 20 minutes away from there.
Anyway, I would like to learn more about this place and to meet fellow writers. I just wish I would've discovered this sooner.

So, I vote VCC or one of the places across the street from it. I'm partial to Panera (in the shopping center with the Barnes and Noble), but there's also a Barnes and Noble (do they have free wifi?) and a Starbucks about two seconds up the street.

I'm not crazy about Starbucks but the Barnes and Noble or Panera would probably be good. I don't know about the wifi though. Also I will need a place to plug in this crazy old laptop that dies after being unplugged for more than 2 minutes. :D Just long enough to switch it from one room to another. I'm about half an hour away from there but as long as we found a good date I am 90% sure I could make it.

How about the Panera by Virginia Center Commons on Tuesday or Wednesday night? I could come and bring treats for you all. I hate to see wrimos miss out on the swag!

Pick Tuesday or Wednesday nights and I can come along with my goody bag of treats (including prizes for non-wrimo parents, etc., giving rides to wrimos).

I can't do Wednesday. I have play practice and marching band then homework. :( I want to though but I think Saturday might be better for me but if Wednesday is good for everyone else, then I will try to beg my parents for it. :D One night of skipping homework won't make me fail.

What about tonight? Short notice, I know, but Wednesday doesn't work for me, either. Also, you can bring your homework with you if you must -- I'll have two teenagers with me who have to devote some time to homework before they start writing. Count on me being at the Panera this evening!

I wish I could, but I can't manage a Wednesday write-in. I'll be at Panera tonight, though, so if you could swing by, I've got goodies. I'll bring a couple of high school wrimos from Southside, too.

Hey shrinkwrap, what's shakin? Are you going to Panera on Wednesday? Maybe I can get my mom to drive me up there, that is absolute perfect timing because I have tests to study for today. It'd be great to see you again, and writing our novels at the same time!

Hallo my dear friend chloefork! I think I'm going tonight, but I'll come Wednesday too if you're going to be there.. Let's say around...seven? Is that okay for anyone else who is coming? (If it's earlier I'll have to be late due to a dentist's appointment.) I personally will be there the earliest I can, which will probably be around six thirty or seven.
I'll come tonight, too, luckyjean. Around what time? I can probably come as early as five, but I'm free for pretty much any time tonight.

I'd personally stick with the weekend. I saw the schedule, and I'd stick with the Saturday night option. Is anyone else planning on going at that time? I think it was at 6:00.

I'm aiming for six PM, but I know I'll be late. I'm coming up from waaaaaaaaaaaay on the southside, and traffic can be really bad. See you there --

Ay, I saw this too late. My school (being PH) is halfway there and since I live in Montpelier and its 15 minutes till start with a 30 minute drive (better than the other ones) um not happening? Oh well. Enjoy yourselves! I might be able to do Saturday if we set up another one.
