I saw there were a few of us hanging outside the east beltway (I'm Pataskala) and wondered if there was any interest in write-ins or other such meetings.

Hello all,
I met today with AGirlCalledZ in Newark at Jono's coffee shop. Ah, we didn't get much writing done, but it was still fun!
Maybe we could schedule something for this weekend, or next week? I'm thinking Granville/Heath/Newark area (I'm in Millersport). I have to admit I don't know where Alexandria is; haven't lived here long enough. But any central-ish location for the East side is fine.

Jonos is a great place to meet! I love supporting the little locally owned places around the county. I work at home so I'm good for most days.

I've never been to Jono's, but I agree about the local small business. My schedule is pretty open this month. Let me know what is good for everyone else and I'll juggle what I have to in order to make it work.

Are you two available during daytime hours? I'm freelancing, so my schedule is wide open, and Zee told me she has classes on Mondays and Wednesdays. I'm thinking about writing out at Jono's again on Tuesday the 13th, getting there around 12:30-1:00pm.

Normally I'm free, but I've got something Tuesday. Post if you decide to meet-up again and I'll catch everyone next time. Happy writing!

I just remembered that tomorrow is early dismissal. I will be late and with my child in tow. She'll work quietly on her homework if we go, bu will anyone still be there by 1:30 or so? If not, I'll just go to my usual, Hot Spot Cafe in Johnstown.

hey east siders!
I just wanted to swing by and say hello. I know I missed you on Tuesday, my internet was messing up and then I was at work and missed the message. I would love to get together on Sunday, however I'm not sure I can. I am working that morning and may have to stay through dinner.
I have time on Friday, especially earlier in the day if anyone wanted to get together then.

I can't make Friday, but I'm still down for sometime Sunday evening, whether that be early or late evening.
I just called the River Road Coffee House in Granville, and they're open till 7pm. If that's not late enough, I can head over to Johnstown and meet at The Spot. Just let me know the address.

I called Hot Spot and didn't get an answer, so, to be safe, let's go with River Road in Granville. What's a good time?

Wow, multiple postings! :)
I was planning on being at River Road from 5-7pm, tomorrow, Sunday night. I'm seriously behind in my word count and need to write like mad. And, I need to get out of the house.

Yeah. Sorry about the multiple postings! I'm not nagging, really. Just impatient with the dial-up at the coffee shop in Canal Winchester. (Harvest Moon. Nice place. Live music. Sloooowww internet.) I'm behind, too, but I expected that with the funeral. I have company, so I'm going early, because I can't be that productive here in my busy, noisy house.

I have given up. *sigh* my novel is DOA and there is no reviving it. I'd like to get together with people, but I fear it's impossible with the holiday. Plus I'm working double shifts all weekend, so unless people want to meet at O'Charley's on 256 in Pickerington/reynoldsburg, I'm afraid it cannot be.

Don't give up! Write what you can. There is always time for at least one more write-out after Thanksgiving.
I'm going to Indiana tomorrow, but I think I'll be back on Monday afternoon. And I have something going on Thursday, but other than that, my days are free for another writing session during the last week.

Don't give up yet; maybe this is just a near death experience. I've heard those can be life-changing, so maybe yours will be novel-changing. I can try to meet this weekend. It will give me incentive to get caught up.
