=_= I AM SO BEHIND.

If I hadn't gone and restarted my NANO, I'd, at least, be semi-on schedule. But noooooo, I had to go and restart, on the 4th, which technically, isn't that bad.

...it's the way real life intrudes that gets my teeth on edge. Or is it "puts my teeth on edge"? Bah. I don't have to deal with such trivalities.

Maybe I bit off more than I can chew. But while working on Nano, I've got to re-vision TWO Christmas stories for their respective anthologies, and I've got two more installments of Blood Martyr which is coming out on the 20th of this month and then the 23 of next month, not to mention, I've got another thing to submit to Black Lace, ON TOP of Nanowrimo.

God, I want to go and bury myself and not come out until next January. Is there anyone out there willing to rent me a mausoleum?

Anyone else who's life is currently being invaded by stupid things that are preventing them from going out there and busting Nanowrimo's nuts?

Personal dramas are having too much of an effect on the way my story is going.

Does that count?

I can sympathize somewhat. November has, for some reason, turned out to be my busiest month this year, work wise...

Anyway, given how much you have to do, you could just bow out of NaNo. No reason to let it add unnecessary stress to your life.

Of the past 10 days, I've managed to sleep nearly completely through five of them, all due to this blasted cold that decided to show up on Halloween. Not nearly as bad as what you're going through, but man, I've been there over the past couple years ('tis the reason this has been the only year I've actually managed to get started on NaNoWriMo).

Don't have children! Children are timesucking monsters! I'm only partly kidding.
