I know that a couple of times we've talked about having a write-in at UVic so I thought it was about time someone actually organised it. There are about four of us in Ring Road Hall so I think that would be the best place to meet, but obviously non-Ring Roaders would be welcome too. Anyone interested? I was thinking that Wednesday evening would be good, maybe about 7pm? We can all meet in one of the lounges with our laptops and have word wars, etc. Yes? No? Maybe so?

*blinks* Wednesday. Well, if we went for two hours, then I could watch Bionic Woman at nine. *is such a dork*
Uh, 3rd floor A Wing?
Other than the TV shows I like to watch but can live without, my evenings are free.

Ah, I thought I'd picked a good-TV-free day with Wednesday! I mean, I made sure I avoided Monday and Thursday. But after two hours I'm sure we'll all be ready for a break anyway so I dare say you'll be permitted to watch Bionic Woman. ;)

Heroes is Monday, House is Tuesday, Bionic Woman is Wednesday and Grey's Anatomy is Thursday. Though for any given week, I usually only catch two of them.
Since I live in the building, I really have no excuse to show up, though I'll need someone to remind me on Tuesday or something. Or just come pound on my door. I'm over in A Wing on the 3rd floor, and I've got a word count on my door. Also a body count.

That sounds like a really good idea.

I don't actually live in res, but I am on campus on Wednesday nights. I have class until 7:30. Would I be welcome to join you afterwards?

Of course, everyone is welcome to join us! We'll probably have to arrange which entrance you should use so we can station someone there to let you in, but it won't be a problem.

Okay, I'll nanomail our fearless leader with the details, and my phone number *gasp*. But I think we should tell people to show up at the B-Wing entrance, since it's the most obvious?

Are we doing it this week? It's still reading break, though most folks should be back by then.

Yes, I was thinking about doing it this week, although I realise people might not show up if they're still off for reading break or just aren't on campus. The B wing entrance sounds good - do we want to station ourselves there at 7pm or wait for people to ring you? Maybe we should wait to see who says they're going to turn up, because there's no point in us hanging around the entrance for ages if no-one shows.

Well, I'll be there for sure this week. Since I don't have my class, I can be there right at 7, if someone is going to be there to let me in. Otherwise, I'll have to track down a phone, I suppose, since I don't have a cell.

After this week, it'll get a bit complicated, because my class doesn't end at a consistent time every week. But I'm sure we can figure it out on Wednesday.

l_m_t, I'll make sure I'm there to let you in! The B wing entrance is the middle one on the RIng Road side.

See you all later today!
