Okay guys,

We need to figure out where we want to have the Midpoint Meltdown! Below are the suggested ideas and places. Please post a vote. If we decide to have it at a restaurant I'll need to have an accurate count for reservations as this is on a Friday!

Places suggested:

La Rosas

BD Mongolian Barbecue

Olive Garden

Logan's Steakhouse

Rancho Grande (Mexican food)

(Note, all the above have alcohol on hand, most have a full service bar)

Writer's Loft in Fairborn - This would be a pot luck like the kick off party if we have the party at the loft.

If you have someplace else you're dieing to go to, post it and we'll consider it. Otherwise, vote for where you'd like to go! I need to make this decision probably by Monday night. Thanks, and keep up the great writing!

I would prefer going to the Loft, but I would go anywhere.

I like the Loft a lot, but for a Midpoint party, pulling together a potluck may be hard (as we're all supposed to be busy writing). Then again, if we make it just a "snacks and drinks" potluck, it might not be so bad, and we can get writing done there at the party, too!

Then again, I'm in charge of my daughter that night so I probably won't be in attendance, so what do I know.

Here's another thought....

We could have it at the Loft and order pizzas...

I like the idea ajkjd241b came up with, the Loft and order pizza.

Otherwise, I'd go for La Rosa's.

I'd rather not anything at the Greene, because the couple times I've gone there that's turned out to be a forty-five minute drive for me.

LaRosa's sounds good, though, and I do like the idea of getting pizza at the Loft, too.

The writer's loft sounds a bit more casual to me. I'm up for ordering pizza or whatever as well.
