Tully's wasn't quite cutting it, so here is ye new official location:

Location: Borders Pleasanton
4575 Rosewood Drive
Pleasanton, CA 94588

Day: every Wednesday
Time: 5:30 PST until whenever

The Pleasanton Borders is on the Pleasanton side of Highway 580. Take the Hacienda exit, and make a right onto Hacienda. Follow Hacienda to the next light and make a left onto Owens. At the first light you encounter on Owens, past the WalMart and Red Robin, make a left (not sure the street) and pass the first light on that street. You'll soon see a turnoff into the Borders lot, and you'll have arrived at the lovely (or something) destination.

In case anyone needs the info, the left turn that you make, after the Wal-Mart light, is onto Rosewood. That's the street in the Borders address. It looks from Yahoo that the Borders is on the left side of the road, not as far down as Kohl's. See you all there!

I'll be there around 7. Though as I recall, Borders charges for wireless access. In case you were thinking of looking stuff up mid-writing.

I really want to make it to next week's write-in, but it seems like my husband's schedule is not cooperating with mine, and I can't justify paying a sitter to watch a sleeping baby while I go out to write/procrastinate. Will anyone even be around on the night before Thanksgiving?

And I'm about to set the Prince on fire in another twenty or so words... :-D

I probably won't be able to make it next Wednesday either...

Sounds like everyone had fun, except the Prince (perhaps, I don't want to be judgmental, after all).

Sorry I missed it. I was very tempted to run over to see who was still there, but I didn't even leave my other meeting until after 9pm. C'est la vie, I guess.

Anyone up for a write-in tomorrow night at Borders at the same time?

I can't make this one, I have too much homework so that I can come out and write in Hayward on Friday.

Cool-- I'll be there probably a lot earlier than that, barring scary Chipmunk Christmas hades-music like they played yesterday when I popped in for a couple hours...

It could've been worse. I could've heard it. :-)
