The annual book festival "Bogforum" in Copenhagen is taking place this weekend at the Forum.
I went last year and really enjoyed it. It was a great opportunity to hear author Amy Tan speak about her new book and the process of writing. I also discovered some journals and books/other materials from/about the arts community in Copenhagen that were of great interest to me. I also met some very nice people while eating lunch.
Even if you have no Danish language skills or are not strong in Danish, it is still possible to enjoy the book festival. Perhaps I will see you there!

A number of international and Danish students from RUC and KU that I know are going to the Bogforum book festival. It should be quite interesting. We were talking about it at an impromptu write-in we had last night in Cph. I like book festivals and make the Los Angels TImes Book Festival eveyr year. I hope to go to Fraknfurt and London in 2008.
