During tonights write in I managed to finish NaNO.
So my fantasy story is finished ! YAY! I am so happy and I really enjoyed writing the story.
Not everything went as I planned it but I really enjoyed the ride.
I shall now turn my attention to my mystery story but do not think I will be finishing it this month but I will finish it sometime in december that is for sure.

So come on everyone, you can do it too.
If you dont the traveling shovel of Death might seek you out...

Congrats to you! I just finished mine, too, a few minutes ago. ;D

It's the editing I dread... ;~[

Congrats to both of you. I just broke 46k. Hoping to be done by the first of the week. Still no plot, but an insanely long writing exercise!

I broke through today after a 13k push yesterday and another few thousand this morning. Still have a long way to go with the story though.

Done! 50k, still no sign of a plot, and with no plot to finish up, I just stopped in the middle of a scene. Oddly enough, I have no desire whatsoever to go on and "finish" it, because how do you finish a plotless story?

But I did write a 50,000 word writing exercise. So there. :)

I just hit 50K and have been staring at my screen grinning like an idiot since.

Now if I can just manage to graduate in 3 weeks...

Congrats to everyone who got to 50,000!

Congrats. It's a great feeling to cross that border, especially for the first time. I just got back from a write-in. Tonight we had Cranky Beach + Friend, Xengab and Catamount made her first appearance. She'll be joining us in the 50k club soon.

Now, pop over into the TGIO party thread and let us know what times and dates are good for you. Come share a bit of your story and experience with us. We don't bite, I promise.
