The Thanksgiving write in did much in pushing me further along but I'm still far behind where I should be, so I'm going to extend the time of the Friday Fireside Write in to last until dawn. Anyone who would like to join me is very welcome. I plan to catch a bus home again sometime around 7am or so, maybe later. I've been rather lonely at write ins this year and hope to have at leaswt a little company. I really enjoyed talking with Amanda during the thankisgiving write in at Coffee Time. Who else would like to complain about word count with me???

wagnerian, where are ya? It's now 5:12 am and I've written a huge number of words and you're not here. Of course, I don't know what you look like so we could be sitting at the same table and I wouldn't know it. I did have my sign up for about seven hours and no one but the ladies playing scrabble noticed.

I'm sorry to have missed you. I hope you completed a huge number of words. I also home that we will really meet sometime!

I did come around 7:30 and only managed an hour before I got a text message from home that the kid was throwing up. =( So I had to go home and be mommy.

I was just about to be brave and come say hi, too.

I was at Fireside from 7:00 p.m. Friday until 8:00 a.m. Saturday and managed to write a little over 13,000 words! That means I wrote an average of 1000 words an hour not counting breaks. I feel so much better about my chances of winning nano this year. I haven't lost yet and I can't stand the thought of not winning this year.

Wagnerian, I'm not a scary person. You should have come over and talked to me. Just ask jademage and amandawolfe. maybe see you this next friday?
