We're back in social mode and goin' strong. Survived turkeyday at my big brother's yesterday...24 people at the table. No kidding. 8-|

Howzabout a show of hands for how many people were asked "are you working?!?" yesterday! LOL

pirho and I are down at the Silver Lake Alfy's, the usual Friday time and place. If you've recovered enough from crazy family time, come join us! Sittin' under the umbrella as usual.

Even though you're blocks away from my apartment, I'm going to have to sit this one out. My head and lungs are full of what is presumably mucus, and because I have a covetous and greedy nature, I'm keeping it all to myself, rather than spreading it around.

However, I've managed to knock out a couple thousand words today and still going strong, so I'm there in spirit. If anybody is on irc, I'll be on #nanowrimo on EFNet, as "futop."

I wish I had known we would still be having a write-in. I would have gone. Seriously. I love love love the Friday write-ins especially, and I'm sad I missed it.

Over the past few days I also realized that I have not met goal at all, any day. The most I wrote in one day was 1619 words. So, tomorrow (Sunday) and the rest of the week all i'm going to do in my spare time is write. My story just got a little more interesting too, so maybe that will make me want to write more.

Anyways, wish me luck. I'm only at around 16,500 words, so I'll really need it.
