Hello everyone,
Just got an email about time zones and settings? what? I have no idea what that means.
HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Josette
It took me over a week to figure out how to designate what region I needed to be in, and how to do that. I don't even know how to send in the novel. I am not finished.

First, relax. :) Validation just starts on the 25th... that's tonight. :) You've still got until the 30th to finish.

To check your time zone:

Go to Edit Profile
Click on :"Account Settings" (it should be right next to the grey underlined "Author Info" - kinda small)
Scroll down to time zone
Make sure your time zone is correct... just select the current date and time from the drop down menu. If you were doing it right now, you'd select "Saturday, November 24, 2007, 13:20 -0500" - whichever one has the -0500 at the end is usually correct. Don't worry about that part; just make sure the date and time are correct. :)

Once you've selected it, then you can click submit and save. :)

It's nowhere near as complicated as the regions. :)

This topic in the Tech Help forum has all the instructions for doing the actual validation and such: How to Edit Your Profile + NOVEL VALIDATION

Don't hesitate to let me know if you have problems, though.
