Howdy doody folks!
It's been a couple of weeks since I last emailed with y'all. How are you? How are those pesky novels coming (unless, like the less sane among us, you've already finished)?
I will admit, I crossed the finish line about a week ago - though the race is far from over for me, let me tell you. I have about 10K of polished, well-written ESSAYS to write before the month is out. EEK. As a matter of fact, as soon as this email is finished I'm putting my nose to the grindstone again. So while the novel is done, I am still wholly with you in the deadline-ridden spirit of the NaNo season.
It may be a little late to have another "write in," but how about a TGIO party? And don't you dare think that NOT hitting 50K is any excuse not to go. If you wrote ONE SINGLE SOLITARY WORD in the course of this month, you are welcomed - nay, implored to come.
So let me know what days and times in early December are good for you. Mary, my co-ML, will probably only be available on weekends, so a Saturday night or Sunday afternoon might be a good option. If this works for you, great; if not, tell me when you can make it, and I'll do my best to work around you.
Take heart, fellow NaNoWri-mians! The end is near - and I mean that in as non-apocalyptic a way as possible.

So, I'm nowhere near the finish line, but I've started a novel. That's something I've never done before! I want to keep working on it, even after November has ended. It's definitely an accomplishment for me.
I wasn't able to make it to any of the write-ins and events during the month but I would really like to go to the TGIO party. I only know my schedule up to December 1st right now. I work at 4pm on the 1st. A get-together in the afternoon would work best for me as I usually work nights and weekends. I usually start work at 3 or 4pm.
Let me know what the plan ends up being!

I couldn't make any of the previous events because of work, but I wouldn't mind popping in to TGIO party if work doesn't get in the way.

I wouldn't mind going to a TGIO party, but for the same reasons as everyone else, it depends on when.
If you give me at least a week in advance, I can move some stuff around.
If you're thinking weekends, just not Dec. 8th >_< busiest day of my life (SJHS christmas bazaar in the morning, cousin's dance recital, work christmas party at night)
