I've been writing there on Saturday nights for several weeks now, and it works well. I'll be at the seating area by the huge fireplace next to the ice rink. If you go in the entrance off Gessner between the California Pizza Kitchen and Panera Bread, it's right there. There are plugs and free wi-fi.
I will probably show up around 7:30/8:00 pm. It tends to be crowded until 9:00 pm, probably worse this weekend because of holiday shopping. At 9:00 the stores close, but the mall stays open because there are hockey games until midnight at the ice rink. So it gets nice and quiet except for the hockey noises. I'll probably stay until 11:00 pm or midnight.
