I'm missing it too - still working the retail hell that is Black Friday Weekend. grr.

I've traded shifts with someone, though, for the TGIO so I'll be there with bells on (don't ask where). ;)

I've been missing them too, but at least your word count is... well... where I wish mine was. :-)

Aw guys, it's okay! Just make sure you're at the TGIO party and all that good stuff cuz it's gonna be fun! ;-) Good job on your wordcount Robert! Yeah, I'm no competition for you, I get to 50,000 but I don't do it with the pizazz that you do!

i just was lucky with a good story that i have some buy into. also, since it was originally an idea for a video game, i am using all of the platformer-RPG-Mario and Zelda type games as my muse. in fact, when i get stumped as to what to do, i play a game for an hour or two and then its writting time again.

you, my dear, are surely on your way to winning again! way to go! it may not be pizazz, but its still a great accomplishment! you rock!

wow! way to go! working black Friday and hitting the 40,000+ mark as well! you rock!

just think of all those faces that you saw, those characters that you helped, and how they could all somehow appear in your novel! what a great character generator working retail can be. go forth, write and win!

LOL! I did just that. I had one of my characters go on a tirade about the greed that is Black Friday. She went on and on about it being up to the people to TAKE BACK THEIR HOLIDAY! Geez, it was fun to write. :D

I also had a really bitchy customer the other day so I used her as well. teehee. No one is safe. mwahahaha.
