We are in the final countdown, and everyone is worried about the home stretch. Both last night an on the forums today I have found people asking about where write-ins are so they can make their final push towards that magical purple bar.
Though the official write-in is on Thursday, there is a very good chance someone will be at Central Perk every day this week. I will certainly be there again this afternoon after 5 pm, and while I hope to push myself past the finish line, realistically I may be there tomorrow afternoon as well. If I am not, others have mentioned they may be.
So, to recap:
* Officially the write-in this week will be Thurs as usual.
* Unofficially this entire week will be a write-in.
If you are behind, show up, plug in, and wait. Chances are someone will appear very shortly to keep you company.
Anyone who wishes to join me this afternoon, I will be there as soon as I finish fighting rush hour traffic, drain the dog, and go through the laborious process of transferring that day's writing from my computer to my laptop. 5-5:30ish look for me.
(And I am done. This is impossible to post half awake and between phone calls at work, so if its a wee bit repetitive, sorry. I am too sleepy for words. :P)

Wholygirl is planning on being there, and I might show up as well, though I will be working on a different project. I ended my NaNo by blowing up the world and I refuse to touch it again until I am less disgusted with the whole thing. But that's okay, because now I get to commit ritual murders. *G*
