Now next year, we just need you to not write 30k of worldbuilding first, and then you'll have the energy left to write your story.
If your progress over the last couple of years is any indication, you'll make it next year. Keep writing anyway - there's always December to get to the end of the story (plant shutdowns are great for that...).
