Green has always been my favorite color, but I'm starting to really like purple.
Just wanted to post to say hello to all the NaNo participants in Austin (this is my first time on the boards - been too busy writing!) and congratulations to all the winners, and to all those who nearly made it.
Remember that everything's bigger in Texas, including our words. Statistics show that 45,000 words from your typical Texan is semantically equivalent to 53,000-54,000 words in any of your smaller, lesser states ... ;)
I know it was a wild ride for me, and I can't wait for the next one.
