A thread to keep track of the After November meet-ups, writing sessions, the occasional we-feel-like-getting-together-and-having-dinner meetings, etc. ^_^

And to start the thread off right, the first meeting After NaNo will be December 9th, 10 am, Panera Bread on ISB. Feel free to come out and socialize for a bit! If you have to come late, that's okay. We tend to linger until 1 pm or even 1:30 some days.
Hope to see a few people there!

Great! I will certainly try to get there! I had so much fun seeing the folks who came to the Daytona Ale House last night. It was empowering to talk to other writers and realize that no, I'm not (entirely) crazy, just different. I have to qualify that, because anyone who spends as much time at the computer writing and editing can't be totally sane. And how boring that would be anyway!
It's comforting to know that I'm not alone in my obsession.
I look forward to seeing folks on Sunday!

Hey, anyone who didn't get to either of the TGIO parties ... be sure to come to our Sunday morning write-ins, to pick up your "participation prizes." Laurie picked out some really nice gifts for anyone who participated locally in NaNoWriMo, and we have a lot of them left. They're too nice to miss!
Hope to see some of you throughout the year. We're dedicated to writing all year round, even if it's just short stories, poetry, editing your novel, or just working on your own blogs. Come by and share what you're into, and maybe get motivated for next year!
Plus, there's coffee ... Yummmmmmmmmmmmm............... =0)

The prizes are great! I've got mine sitting on my desk. My husband keeps borrowing them. Had to smack his hands once or twice so he'd leave them alone! =)

Now I know everyone decided to take a bit of a break because of the holiday season, but when should the meetings start back up again?

Reckon I'm square then. *looks for those pointy corners* We're doing social studies project so I'm out of the loop until next weekend. The boys want to go to The Video Game Dungeon to exchange a game that doesn't work, but I'm avoiding that if I possibly can. At least I found the receipt. WHEW! Shhh.... be vewy quiet..... I'm hunting wabbits...

I won't make it today, even though I'm home. Yesterday's trip was HORRIBLE! See posting "The Saga of Homecoming" for details
