I think it would be great if we could have a couple of new features.

1. It would be cool if when we looked at another poster's post, you know where it says what time they posted? It only shows the time in your time zone. I'd like it if we could see what the time is in their local time zone. That would make things alot easier to understand. Like if its 10AM and somebody is complaining about how late it is.

2. l would also like it if therewas a list of users that are currently logged in.

Thanks!

ADDITION:

I would also like it if we could edit topics or delete ones.

You can edit topics for either 30 minutes or 1 hour after you've posted them. (To catch any typos.) We won't be going back to the "edit anything and everything forever and ever free-for-all" of the olden days.

The time zone thing sounds interesting and I totally get why you'd want that. What's easiest is if folks would actually use the location field for what it's designed for. I understand that it may be a privacy issue to give out a city, but a state, territory or country is often a huge help on an international forum with 100K users.

The logged in users list is definitely on the list of improvements!

Okay. Well, this was my first NaNo. Now I want to do Script Frenzy. Since the site is still barren I want to ask a few questions over here at NaNoWriMo...

1. The Script Frenzy site is very confusing to navigate around. Could we get a format that was closer to the NaNo one?

2. Can I organize the lists of comments like we can here?

3. My accounts are having a fight with each other... While this was useful in changing my username, my sig automatically goes on their site as well. As you can see, I have no sig. If I delete it on the Screnzy site then it deletes it here! Ugh...

Thats it for now...

We're aware of the issue with the combative user accounts on both sites.

If you have comments on Script Frenzy, it's really best to make those comments on that forum, as that's where the programming team is checking in (and not all those people necessarily worked on NaNo).

We're planning some upgrades for SF in general, basically integrating the regional forums better.

Can we get a button that allows posters to go directly to the end of the last page of a thread? it would be very helpful in the Procrastination forum
