It's all about the you-can-do-it.
As a region we surpassed a million words last year, and we've had a couple of members write 100,000 words during Novembers past. We've had people write long hand, on their computers at home, on memory sticks plugged into laptops. We have dedicated students every year -- from Albany and Corvallis high schools, from OSU and LBCC; even a couple of long-distance members who started with us in years past. Wrimos have come from all walks of life and various ages and stages. One of our members even gave birth during November.
We support each other and have fun. And write novels!
