Okay, here goes.
I was wondering how much is POST-cyberpunk considered Science Fiction. I mean, let's consider a scenario like this:
The great era of technology of this or that world has been destroyed, or has disappeared for good. We see a barren land and people trying to survive in it.
Of course there are still instances of great technology, but mostly people live like western colonists.
Is this Science Fiction enough?

It's actually quite a popular sci-fi theme. "Post-apocalyptic" it's often called.

And I didn't mean "Science Fiction enough for something", I meant "correctly suited to be called Science Fiction".

Absolutely still within the ouvre of science fiction - for some values of SFF&H
There are purists who might try to tell you otherwise. Ignore 'em gleefully.
There ARE specific markets for post-apocalyptic / post-cyberpunk, just as there are markets for apocalyptic and cyberpunk and steampunk and fantasy and "magical realism" and ....
