My "villains" are humans who were infected by parasites to become supernatural. They're strong and have a craving to kill. They also look like humans. I can't think of anything to name them. Is just Them too vague? Does anyone have any ideas?

How about something simple, like The Infected...or the Hosts
Or something a little different, Plague Dogs? (I just like the way that sounds really ^_^)

I'm having the same problem naming my monsters, so I feel your pain! Is there an aspect about them that's more noticeable? Something particularly frightening, like they rip out their victims' hearts with their bare hands? You could go a long way with that.

WHy not rely on kennings or what the people call them rather than an official name. If they believe they are superior, why not effect that into the title?

Are you seeking for a way for them to design themselves, or for a way for regular humans to talk about them ?
Calling them "Them" could work for humans, if they're afraid of them. They could also call them "Parasites", "Others", "Changed" or "Turned".
To design themselves, your villains could use "Über", or "Symbiotics" (which would also work for regular humans).

Have you named the parasite? If so, you can do a combination of the parasitic name and human or supernatural. For instance, if you just call your parasite a symbiot, you can call the humans that are affected sym-humans or symbnaturals or humbiots-break up the words and combine them. I love to make up names for things. You could use supersym, or symman, the list is endless, just pick one you like! :)

Thank you! I haven't named the parasite yet, and I really don't know much about my monsters myself, but this is really helpful. Really I just needed a way to refer to them rather than saying those-not-quite-people-people-who-are-trying-to-kill-me. That's a mouth full.
