I'm some random boy from B.C. but halfway through this summer, I am moving up to Edmonton. I've been writing since I was 8 and I just found out about NaNoWrImO O.O... Lots of talking eh?
Anyways I hope people are still alive, and when I get up there, I hope to meet a bunch of you!

Don't mind the air of inactivity. Believe me, there'll be a bunch of us to meet in November. Everyone comes out of hiding and mingles for that month.
Where abouts in BC do you live?
----------You are so convincing, now you're believin' your own lies.
And though you're back to stay, still I can see you're miles away.

I actually live in a little town called Trail, but my parents and my bro. were all born in Edmonton. Unlike me who actually happened to be born in B.C. yet am the one who wants to go to Edmonton the most. I've spent many months up there, and I prefer it much more then my small town. ^_^
Can't wait to meet you all, it'll be fun, get together on our little laptops and have some coffee as we eat donuts and write. -Yes I have done that before, it worked out really well, my story was much happier.-

Ah, now you've got me reminiscing... I'm sure there are a multitude of pics kicking about, all of the laptops and scribblers, all of us filling a very large portion of Denny's. It's a lot of fun. I'm sure you'll think it's great, too.
I've been to BC enough times now to understand the air of it. Last October, I was in Nanaimo, visiting my cousin. It didn't end all that well, but I do have plenty of pleasant memories of the various cafes I explored around there. For band trips, too, I was in Victoria, Abbotsford(sp?), and Nelson. It's great passing through, especially in the mountains, but Edmonton is the greatest place for NaNoWriMo, I think, and there a lot of things in a bigger city than there are in a small town.

Yeah, I can't wait, I'm actually going to YC this weekend. (Ever heard of it?) And yeah, I'm going to stay for a while after, 'cause my uncle just died this Saturday, so yeah. I can't wait to get together with a bunch of people 'cause I'm weird like that. ^_^ Hmm... Maybe I'll get a flyleaf pen and some paper before so I can do all that stuff, XD.
Anyways yeah, can't wait to see you all there! W00T!

Writing with the edmowrimos is a blast. Plus just when you think you're weird, you find someone weirder, and that's weird in a good way :D

No one can be weirder then me! Mwahaha I take joy in myself for such things, I talk to my sweater at times, and then use a high voice to have it talk back to me. I get a lot of great ideas from my hoodie, he's a smart nut that he is. ^_^

Hope YC was fun. I would've wanted to go but couldn't because I went to YQ earlier in the year. :D

There are many ways someone can be weird. Not like conversing with your sweater isn't weird, or anything. When I need to hash something out, I have an easier time understanding the situation and the different sides involved when I not only vocally explain it to myself, but then argue back in another voice about why that assessment could be wrong. My family's used to it when they hear an argument coming from my bedroom (although my mom used to check my closet when it happened, years ago), but there's rarely a sympathetic reception when it happens in public places. If I'm mumbling to myself, don't think much of it. I'm not an unfriendly person, unless given a reason to be.
And then there's people like Arnold. You'll know of him soon enough. He could make anyone seem normal. If you're looking for a single word to accurately describe him, 'enigma' is a good place to start.

Lol, well it seems that I'm not the only weirdo, but I bet none of you are not supposed to eat wheat or dairy. (Don't tell anyone, but I still do, even though most foods that are bought in grocery stores and restaurants my body is slightly allergic to, I can take the pain. I can't wait to meet this Arnold, if he can make me feel normal, then he will be in good company, as I am certain I can make anyone feel normal. ^_^

Wait till you meet Karen, one of the other Municipal Liaisons - she has a list of allergies a mile long!

The question comes down to, will she break those rules to have what she wants though? I always do, I normally eat McDonalds or KFC French fries, and I'm not supposed to be eating anything with potatoes in it. It doesn't close my throat, but it makes me sick, which is always fun.
Oh well, I just love the idea of huge amount of writing and hanging with other writers. Around here, in a small town, there is no such thing as writers except for me, so it makes it hard.
Can't wait to see you guys! ^_^

Given that one of them has been nicknamed "demon death fruit", I doubt she's gonna eat it just for fun :P
Also, Freya was right. Abbotsford.

Well... I guess that people don't do those things for fun. ^_^
And yeah, I noticed afterwards, but that would mean that I'd have to correct myself over again. LOL Go figure, my gf lives there, yet I can't spell it worth crap.
