I'm doing a story in which my character is taking over her aunt/uncle's business. It's a small inn/hotel..probably about 40 rooms. I'm not too knowledgable on the subject and all I can think of is Gilmore Girls and the Dragonfly Inn - similar to that style. Any help would be greatly appreciated : )

Like what their day is like, things that the manager/owner would generally be responsible for, how many hours per week they put in, and what those hours are like (mornings, all day, etc.)

40 rooms is not a small inn/hotel. 20 is more feasible if you want it to be similar to the Dragonfly.
