write-ins in Oceanside?

Does anybody know if there'll be any write-ins in the Oceanside area during thanksgiving break? Or any write-ins at all during the holiday week?

Just asking since I have the whole week off and would like to catch up on my word count (I'm hopelessly behind. From here on in it's going to have to be 5,000 words a day or more. :(

It looks like several people are desperate for some more write-ins. I believe every Saturday at noon there will be a write-in at the Old California Cafe in San Marcos, but what other days do people want/need this in addition?
I know some of us will have free time next week because of Thanksgiving break, but others only have Sundays open. Also, there was a mention of a middle-of-the-month party, and a thank-goodness-it's-over party at the end of the month. ML, any further developments on this?
I can commit to being at The Valley Buzz around 1pm on Wednesday, Nov. 21st, if others want to come and make it a write-in. Other suggestions? Thoughts?

So, I'm just barely keeping up with the average at the moment, and I could really use a write-in or two this weekend to catch up. However, I don't have a car. I feel kind of weird asking this to people I don't really know, but would anyone be willing to give me a ride to either of the write-ins this weekend? I live on the border between Oceanside and Vista.

In addition to the Old Cal. Cafe in San Marcos, I wanted to suggest The Valley Buzz in Oceanside. It's small, but I think it would be a good place for write ins because the owners are friendly, it's quiet, it has outlets and free wi-fi, and the coffee (and food, and ice cream, etc.) rock. Hello fellow writers! Another year has come and is on it's way out! I am so looking forward to this year's nano because I feel that it's going to be bigger and better! Oh, by the way, This is Xander, your shiny ML who was formerly Gai Daigoji for the past two years! I want to welcome all returning and new participants! How has the year been treating you? Got any fun and juicy new ideas that are just dying to be written? I'm being lazy this year and continuing the story I started halfway through last year's nano!
