I’m not sure if this is of any interest to you guys, but I’ve decided to blog what I’m doing and (probably) publish the chapters as I write them (or more likely as I edit them a few days later). Crazy I know, but I like the pressure. :)

For those who like this sort of stuff you can find my blog at http://leighbarlow.wordpress.com/

If anyone else is blogging their attempt shout up.

I think I might put a little word-count update on the end of my blog entries (I'm doing NaBloPoMo as well), but since my blog and my novel are on completely unrelated topics, there probably won't be excerpts there. I'll leave that for the excerpt facility in NaNoWriMo itself.

By the way, my blog is called La Canta Magnifico Blog at http://formula1home.com/forum/weblog.php?w=5 .

This is great. :)

I started a blog before my first NaNo with Notts in 2006, and have been posting off and on since. Mostly it's a tracker of my writing, or just general rambles. So, if any of you ever get bored, feel free to check it out. http://kittytaylor.blogspot.com/

Before November starts (aka now) I'm putting up character sketches, scenes that I've been working on for character development, and then during NaNo I might put my chapters up as well. I guess it depends on if people would read them. XD *at the moment has no readers, so it wouldn't really matter*. I've been working trying to get myself to make daily posts, or at least ones every other day, so we'll never be short of crap. XD

Well I’ve now created a page for by NaNo chapters and done four NaNo blogs so I don’t think there is any going back, but then the plot is looking good, oh yes, the plot is looking good (something to blog about tomorrow :) ).

Kitty, I’ve linked to the RSS feed of your blog so you’d better post something. :)

I tend to incorporate news of my efforts into my on going blog at www.leostableford.com

This year will be no different. No excerpts though. I edit afterwards and it tends to change a bit so there's not much point.

Leigh, don't you worry about that. XD

You'll get all my rambling.

And I'm going to watch you (and anybody else who lets me), and see how things are shaping up too. >3

Yeah, Kitty, I too love reading everyone else’s blogs and oddly, I like offering help as well. I’m like a cheery Christian without any faith in God. ;) (Okay, I’m not like a Christian all, only, maybe the old school type that actually did good things. I’ll stop thinking now before this post wanders off.)

I’ve spent the last two nights whoring (well, it is marketing ;) ) myself around other writers blogs and managed to generate 129 hits on my site yesterday and some people even download some of my stories. Yay, me! I now have no way of backing out of blogging and publishing in November. I’ll be like some little hyper bunny by the second week.

I think I've only had something like 100 hits in my whole two years of blogging. XD
That doesn't matter much though, because while I'd like readers, there's not an awful lot for them to read, so it's all good. :P

(I'm new nobody knows me blahblah I'll be there saturday (: )

I have a blog already! It's not necessarily the same as posting story updates, but a blog it remains nevertheless.

It has has rave reviews from....

well from strange people from the internet and close friends. But thats beyond the point.

I normally write a little about how stuff is going in my blog, even though I don't necessarily write much about the story or characters. In preparation of November, I've put up one of those word count icon thingies... just waiting to see it fill up!

Perhaps against my better judgement, I've decided to resurrect my lj. I haven't exactly used it much. I have two proper entries...10th August 2007, and 28th October 2008....like I said, I haven't used it much.
