Anyone here do a menu for the entire month of November? My husband and children (ages 6-13) can do a lot of the cooking, but they are always stumped by the choices available. I thought if I prepared a menu for the whole month ahead of time, they could rely on that, leaving ME FREE TO WRITE!
Anyone have any menus to share?
Here is a link to a month-long menu planning sheet that I found:

That's a really good idea. Give them the plan, and they can execute it. My husband doesn't work but he's always asking me, "what's for dinner." I tell him, whatever you drag out of the freezer!! Then I have to make suggestions, because I'm the only one who knows what's in there, and in the pantry, to fix.
You might try a week at a time instead of a whole month, and base it on your weekly grocery shopping. Now's the time to get interested in reading the sales ads and build your menus around what you can get on sale. Then provide the menu with the list of ingredients for kids and hubby to fix!

Ive just gotten through making a HUGE batch of vegan baked goods for my family, and have most meals pre-planned so it will take me all of a half hour to get them cooked and on the table :)
Wont share recpies unless people want specifically vegan dishes though, since it would probably not be what a typical omnivore eats.
