You asked for it! A place to promote your book, editorial services, sell off that copy of Final Draft that you don't really want or just browse around to see what else is out there.
Think of it like our own little Flea Market where each wrimo has his/her own personal table to promote their novels, websites, handmade crochetworks or used typewriters.
Have fun, take a look around at what everyone else has been up to in their off months.
We have a few requests:
Only ACTIVE, Registered Participants may post here. Please do not sign up for NaNoWriMo just so you can hawk your goods here. If you would like to have your product or service featured here and you're not a wrimo, please email us and we may post it on your behalf. If you are a past participant, but are not active, your post may be removed. Members whose first post is here in this forum WILL have their posts removed.
You may post about anything you wish but it should not be anything that violates our Terms and Conditions (no porn, dubious internet pharmacies, mortgages or requesting help getting millions of dollars out of some Nigerian trust). Posts which violate these parameters will be removed. Reposting will result in the user being banned.
Please start your own topic and post only once.
Each member of NaNoWriMo may post once, so if you have more than one book or service to promote, just put it in one post.
If you feel that not enough people saw your initial post, you can "bump" your post by replying to it, but please be sure that it's dropped several pages back before you do that so that everyone gets their chance in the sun.
If you wish to insert graphics into your post (link to images) please be sure that they are not too big. A large image can be difficult on our dial-up users (and we have many), so it's in your best interests to keep it below 100K and no wider than 500 pixels.
We're very excited to see all the work that Wrimos have done outside of National Novel Writing Month and happy to host this space here for you to share.

Hi,
Could I just clarify something? Would it be okay for me to post here on behalf of my friend (a proofreader), who is not a participant? I don't have anything of my own to promote, so I'd basically be giving her my thread. Would that be allowed?
Thanks!

Hi Satu,
This forum is for the use of participants only. However, we do have a thread for non-participants to use. You can't post to that thread directly, but if you'd like to send the admins the details using the Forum Contact Form, they'll then add it for you (provided it doesn't break any of the site rules of course).
You can find the form here: http://www.nanowrimo.org/forumscontact

No worries -- I'll let her know. Thanks anyway!
