Yo!

Last year a few of us in the Valdosta area got together a few times to write. I'd love to get even more people together this year if there's anyone around that's interested. Let me know who's around, and we'll figure out some times to meet up this November. Happy writing everyone!

I'm up for it again this year. BAM worked out well. I feel the need for a lot of coffee this year.

Great to see that you're doing it again! It would be great to get some more people together this year to write. BAM works for me too (especially since they have wireless internet there now). I'll probably be there anyways most nights in november. Looking forward to writing with you again soon!

Sounds good to me. Can't do every night, but weekends will be perfect. :) I'll be writing on my Neo. Internet is such a big distraction for me. I love checking email too much. LOL

Does Hildegaard's (or however that would like to be spelled) have wifi? I'm all for BAM on the weekends cause other places get busy, but HG has unlimited coffee refills for the budgetary challenged. I know ABC has both wifi, outlets, and unlimited refills, but they might not have the space we need.

Just throwing those ideas out there.

DMTyler and marilacroix I'd be up for meeting again too. Maybe this time I'll even finish! (=

Just let me know where and when and I'll be happy to come write.

Hildegaard's does indeed have WiFi. And it's free (unlike BAM). Good idea!

Maybe we can see about getting together there on the weekend of the 7th. That would be great for me at least. Let me know your thoughts.

It's right downtown. Very nice little coffee shop with comfortable chairs, free refills, and free wi-fi. It's a really nice little place. We could maybe do one meeting at BAM and then another at Hildegaards.

Cool. I'm up for wherever. I won't need internet, but coffee refills are very welcome.

Hiya everyone!

I'm interested in going again this year (I only got to go once last year!). I'd much rather go to Hildegaards since it's much closer, but BAM's fine too~!

If I can, I might be able to go the 7th, not sure though. I hope do see everyone again!!!!! Maybe I can finish this year, I did so bad last year!!

Does anyone remember me? 0o0 Please tell me you do~

--Raechel

P.S. I've gotten my mom into writing as well, so she might just join me! (my sis will dragged along as well~~)

Yeah, I could do the 7th at hildegards. It'd be awesome if that guy who plays those civil war songs is playing there again.

Yay!! Hiya Amanda, its so nice to see you participating this year!!

I found a menu for Hildegard's (since I've never been there) and I was curious about what they offered. I didn't realize there was so much!!

Here's the link for anyone who would like to see it: http://blogs.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=blog.view&friendId=3827010...

I'm in Thomasville. We can meet at The Bookshelf or the new coffee place on Broad during the week.

Sounds great Mari! I have to scope out the new coffee shop anyway - I was planning to open a bakery/ coffee shop there! ;) Ah well, leaves me more time to write.... :D I actually am so far behind where I should be I despair of ever making 50,000!

What time/ days work best for you?

Grassroots Coffee is super nice. I went there today. Very NY in atmosphere. Very comfy.

I am free during the day on weekdays. I have kids, so I have to pick them up by 3p. So if you wish to meet at like 11a, that would be cool.

I'm behind, but the point is not to quit.

Mari, I homeschool my boys (11 & 13), but my daughter is at the Academy, so actually 11 on most days is good for me too. If you'll email me at jinjahh@hotmail.com, I'll give you my number so we can make a plan.
