Hi everyone, I'm kerrwyvern, more commonly known as Ellie, Ella, and Crow. I'll be your ML for this year and am looking forward to writing with you guys!
Now I know that there is Niagara and St Kitts people involved witH NaNo this year and I wanted to set up writing dates for both! Yes, in both cities. Anyone have any ideas as to where we can all meet? Free WiFi is an added bonus!
So I'll be sitting around waiting for your input and looking forward to fun times that we're all going to share.
Plus, I have a few ideas for the kick off party, but do you have any as well? I'm thinking one great big one all together so EVERYONE can meet! Sound cool to you?

I second the idea for giant-kick-off party!!! But I just found out I have to do a work related out of town thing Nov 1st (at night). And I don't even get paid for it...stupid Q4 launch.

NB: Demagis keeps me insane, erm, I mean normal in a very unpredictable and abnormal way which makes me so much fun.

I haven't been in NaNo since 2006, and it's good to be back.
For a kick off party, I have no idea. It's a shame not everyone could get together on Nov. 1st, I usually don't work Sunday nights so meetings then would be perfect for me. Of course, I'm not the only person in Niagara so we have to work things just right.
Back in 2006, we used to meet at the Perkins by the Toys R Us in St. Catharines. Not sure how well that would work now, but it's an idea.

As far I know meets were held at that Perkins, despite it never really seeming to be a place to "hang out" or loiter, but that's just my perspective in my odd demented brain.
I'm at least planning on going to this supposed bum fire, if it happens. *LOL*

I posted on another thread (there's so many I can't remember off hand!)
But Sundays at 7pm (1900 for anyone else that uses 24hour time), at Williams's Coffee Pub in Niagara Falls on the corner of Thoraldstone Road and Dorchester (it's the plaza with Rogers Video on the corner.)
The first meet will also include the kick off party!
9pm (after 2-ish hours of writing) We'll all move out to Heartland Forest for a great big bonfire! This seems to be the most popular of the choices.
I'll post a new thread all together about the kick off with directions, instructions and everything.
