Hey there,

I am happily residing in Oakland county - Pontiac in fact. Generally I hang out in the Detroit forum, I know there are a few of us there.
Cheers

Yup, most of us bum around in the Detroit forum, since we might as well be there, all things considered. But I'm in Oakland County as well - living in Troy and working on a Master's at Oakland University.

Hey all! I'm from Oakland County as well, Bloomfield Hills to be specific. I've done NaNo for the past two years (and won last year) but I've never been active in the forums. Maybe that'll change this year.

Good luck to everyone. It's great to know that there are people closeby working toward the same goal as I am. ^_^

Hey all, anyone interested in doing a write-in at the Panera bread on Telegragh, just south of Panera?
Its got lots of plugs and space and free wi-fi. I was thinking friday nigh tor sunday afternoon but am definately flexible.

Was also wondering if anyone is free in the morning. I've got two kids and I'm trying to plan a write in around them.

Very excited to start writing
Cheers Tiffany

Yup, Oakland County all my life. Currently in Auburn Hills, not two miles from Oakland University. I've also joined the Detroit region.

Well, write ins do sound like fun! However, I'm not old enough to drive yet... so I will probably have difficulties getting to them. I can try though! :)

I would love to do some write-ins this year, just to get out of the house. It's kind of a hassle to drag my bulky laptop around, but writing a novel in a restaurant or coffee shop is one of my life goals, haha. At the very least, I hope to do some work in the Bloomfield Township Public Library. That place is awesome.

Hey, I'm new to NaNoWriMo. I'm in Oakland County. Should be fun. Haven't finished a novel in almost nine years, but I've started so many.

I'm from Lake Orion. I live close enough to the Palace to get extremely annoyed with the traffic on M-24, haha =)

Tiffany,

Is that Telegraph Road Panera write-in on for tomorrow evening?

I live in Novi, so it's a bit of a trek, but I'd like to come! Need to get moving on my book.

Happy writing!
Chris
