I know Twitter and NaNoWriMo are, in essence, polar opposites (one reduces you to a mere 140 characters, the other demands a whopping 50,000 words of you), but how many of you are on Twitter?

Wrimos around the world use the hashtag #nanowrimo for their NaNo-related tweets. Last year, we tried using a DFW NaNo hashtag (but I can't remember what it was... #DFWwrimos? #DFWnano? #DFWRhinos?)
If you use an API like TweetDeck or (my personal favorite) HootSuite, you can create a column to find all #nanowrimo-tagged tweets (and whatever hashtag we pick for us, if we want a regional one), so you can follow your fellow DFW Rhino Tweeters without following the person's every tweet.

I tweet! I actually have two Twitter account right now. One is my normal stream, syntheticjesso, and the other is specially for NaNoWriMo. I'll be tweeting polls at jessowrimo to determine things about my novel. There's a link in my signature that explains it all :D

My Twitter username is the same as my username here (http://twitter.com/Ciamore) but I also Tweet frequently, and I'm usually insanely dorky all over the place. Many of my updates are nonsense, and I'm assuming the number of nonsense updates I make will be going up gradually during NaNoWriMo depending on just how much sleep I'm losing.
I have no idea what last year's hashtag was, but I think #DFWRhinos is a good one myself. (:
