Just wanted to come crashing in and invite everybody to Nashville's 11/22 write a thon.
This is a fundraiser for NaNoWriMo, and there will be a $5 donation required at the door and you need to bring some sort of snacky goodness/side dish for everyone to munch on.
I'll be updating the 11/22 thread in the Nashville forums, and you're welome to come in there and post about it! Basically, this is our answer to the Night of Writing Dangerously for those of you who can't afford the $200 donation/trip to San Francisco. Aaaannnnd, I'm inviting all neighboring regions, because I want a huge room full of people writing till we drop!
