I just moved back into my parent's house after being away at college for 5 years and sometimes it gets a little crazy, so I'm sure I won't be able to be productive here all the time. There's a Starbucks near me, but it's a small one and they don't have very good tables for writing.

So - I'm wondering if there's any public place (Cafe, Bookstore, Etc) that you like to write. I'm in the Wilmington area and don't want to travel too far.

Any suggestions would be helpful!

Thanks!

Kinda partial to the Barnes and Noble on 202, and now they have free wifi. (They used to charge.)

Hi,

I'm in Dover and don't know much about the upstate area, but if I'm unable to get work done at the house I head over to one of the local libraries. They don't have Wi Fi. What they do have is plenty of space (there's always a back room vacant) and outlets for laptops. And it's normally quiet - and FREE!

Hope this helps,
Terri

I don't write anywhere but home (and with 3 rambunctious boys, it's not easy!); I don't have a laptop that I can take anywhere. :( If it were possible, I'd go to a bookstore, but sometimes getting a table can be difficult. Good luck with your search!
