Google calendar and I are getting along, goodie bags have been made, and here it comes, we're a week away!
Are you ready? What are you doing to get ready for the month of November?

I'm willing to donate to the goodie bags! Unfortunately I'll be at work during the times that you're there - but I'll be there in spirit! And in actuality I'll be across the street. Maybe I'll drop in during my lunch break. It's only a half an hour but at least I can say "hi".

I've got puppy training classes on that day so I won't be able to make it. I'll be wishing you all many ideas and plot twists from petco!

Sounds great to me. If I can get hubby to watch the 8 year old I'll be there.

There is an invalid Google calendar id on the top of this forum area still (just to let you know, though you probably already know) - would you like some help with the calendar?

By the way, hello.

I will try to be there for the first part. I work at 5 but only 15 min away so I should be able to be there for a bit. Looking forward to meeting everyone!

I'll be there, and I'd love to help with goodie bags, how does that work though?

Unfortunately, I won't be able to make this Prep Session; Mrs. S. and I will be spending the day with our grandkids, including pumpkin-hunting. But I still plan to attend the kickoff event (where & when, btw?), and as many of the write-ins as I can. Hope to see you all at those!

I know what you mean! I want to write now, but I will wait! I will. I hope. Until then I will plot. And play with the calendar. LOL

What we aren't supposed to be writing yet? Oh no I already started....is it in the rules that we can't start yet....AHHHHHHH. Just kidding but that happened in a dream I had last night. The anxiety is killing me. My outline is aready done..my character descriptions and all the juicy hard work is done...I am tearing at the bits trying to pull November 1st through the calendar and place it on today. Can't wait to get started. Hope everyone else is ready and good to go for the 1st. Can't wait to make it to a write-in.

I'm chomping at the bit too. I even got a title. I never have titles. AHHHHH this waiting is killing me. I have been working on other stories so that I won't start on this one yet. i have been taking lots of notes for my book though. It's going to rock. everytime I get an idea I scetch it out so I don't forget it. I have a whole notebook of notes already. oh Nov. 1 get here quick. I just got to keep the zombies away.

I want a title!

My notes I've had for a few years now. I should probably be scrawling out some more of them but I still haven't officially decided on whether to go with the space opera or the pirate story spoof. Leaning heavily toward the pirate story though.

Sorry, Angi. If you want to go with the zombies...I'm working on a soundtrack. It's going to have a lot of metal.
