Because most people seem to find downtown more convenient than Chapters (quite a few mentioned Queen's), I have booked space for an Intro Meeting at ...

Thursday, October 29th
6 PM to 9 PM
(Thursday seems to be a day when few people have conflicts.)
I'm hoping this will make it easier for those who didn't make meetings other years because they found Chapters too far away.
Looking forward to seeing everyone. As I said before, feel free to bring friends.
P.S. It's just two blocks from Starbucks, if anyone wants coffee.

I'm just starting up lately but am loving it! Now that I'm back in Kingston I'm getting together with a few friends I haven't seen in ages to knit with them ^_^ I doooo have the rest of the year to see them regularly, and only one November a year...so I'm thinking I might come to the intro =]

Knitting can happen anytime, and while I'm looking forward to seeing my yarn buddies it'll have to wait for a while - NaNo comes but once a year, and I must obey and let it take over every aspect of my life. Knitting meeting cancelled for this Thursday! I shall be at the Intro instead =3

Awww poo that you're sick. I hope it's not H1N1, though any flu still sucks. I got sick the night after the Intro meeting (don't worry anybody, I caught it home not at the meeting) and am still coughing up a storm. I wish you extra luck and herbal tea as NaNo starts off tonight!!
