Alright... I don't know about you guys and gals, but I cannot check these boards every day just to find out if there's a new post. Please tell me there's some sort of RSS feed of just "new posts" in all displayed... not just new topics. Anyone? Because otherwise the board becomes useless to me. |

I get an email each time there is a post. I believe that you check a box somewhere to request that, possibly in the User Settings.

Yes, Josh, I have that feed. It shows the first post of every "new topic"... what I'd like to see is every new post in every topic, even old ones. Otherwise I'll never know that I have a response to something I've written.
And I've checked all the boxes in the settings about "sending emails" and the like. Nothing shows..

Ah. There was a link next to the "United States :: Indiana :: Notre Dame" on the "My Regions" page that I missed.
You'd think that setting would be under "notifications" but it's not. If it's working now, I should receive an email when this is posted.

What people here on the boards probably don't know is that John watches about a bazillion of RSS feeds each day and if something takes longer than a couple of seconds to find, he's annoyed. :)
Josh has his numbers, John has his feeds.
