Mary-Beth here. Newbie here as this is my first attempt at NaNoWriMo.
Been writing for many years. I've found when taking writing workshop courses the feedback and encouragement really helpful. Being new to Nanoland, am hoping to find a few writing buds in the same genre as me. Any chick literati out there who want to share the fun, er pain... and keep the creative juices flowing through November???

I can always use more buds. As of right now, I'm not sure if I'll be doing chick-lit or a YA novel having to do with coming-of-age or something. But I think I want to try to stray a bit from fantasy. That's all I've ever written.

Monster Buffy fan too. Didn't miss an episode and full set on DVD - plus Angel.
Had fun watching it in Spanish when we were in Barcelona this past summer. Just doesn't translate, but Angel was still as cool as ever!!
